The Company places great importance on protecting members' personal information and complies with laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, and guidelines established by relevant authorities.

Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs members about how the personal information they provide is used, the purposes for which it is used, and the efforts the Company makes to protect members' personal information.

Article 1. Items of Personal Information Collected/Used and Collection Methods

The items of personal information collected and used by the Company and the collection methods are as follows:

For collected/provided personal information, the Company distinguishes items requiring member consent from those that do not, and the purposes for each item are as follows:

For content with separate identity verification services, encrypted personal identification information, duplicate registration confirmation information, date of birth, gender, and nationality status are provided by identity verification agencies during verification and used for the following purposes:

Article 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Personal information collected with member consent is retained and used while membership is maintained. Upon request for termination, it is completely deleted from storage in a non-recoverable manner, making future access or use impossible.

However, to address personal information theft and protect victims, the member ID (email address) may be temporarily retained for up to 14 days from the termination date, after which it is completely deleted in a non-recoverable manner. Exceptions apply in the following cases:

The Company uses members' personal information only for the purposes notified at the time of collection and, in principle, does not disclose it externally without prior consent. Exceptions apply in the following cases:

Article 5. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. Destruction procedures and methods are managed according to the following standards:

Article 6. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise

Members and legal representatives may withdraw consent to provide personal information (membership termination) at any time. Withdrawal can be processed by clicking "Withdraw Membership" or "Delete Account" within the service or contacting customer support. Members may also view or modify their own registered personal information or that of a child under 14 (by the legal representative).

If a member requests correction of erroneous personal information, the Company will not use or provide the information until correction is complete. If incorrect information has already been provided to third parties, the Company will promptly notify them of the correction.

Personal information terminated or deleted at the request of a member or legal representative is handled according to "Article 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information" and is not accessed or used for any other purpose.

Article 7. Installation/Operation of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices and Refusal

To provide customized services, the Company uses "cookies" that store and retrieve member information. Cookies are small text files sent by the server operating the service to the member's mobile device and stored there. When the member subsequently uses the service, the server reads the cookie contents to confirm member information and provide customized services.

The Company uses cookies for profile linkage and other customized services. Members have the right to choose whether to allow cookies. Members can configure cookie settings on their mobile device and may also delete cookies. However, refusing cookies may cause difficulties in using services that require login.

Article 8. Technical and Administrative Protection Measures for Personal Information

In handling members' personal information, the Company implements the following technical and administrative measures to ensure it is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged:

The Company makes every effort to prevent leakage or damage due to hacking or computer viruses. Data is regularly backed up to prepare for damage, the latest antivirus programs are used to prevent leakage or damage, and encryption algorithms are employed to securely transmit personal information over networks. Intrusion prevention systems control unauthorized external access, and all possible technical measures are taken to ensure system stability.

The Company limits personal information handling to designated personnel, assigns separate passwords that are regularly updated, and conducts ongoing training to emphasize compliance with the Privacy Policy.

Internal oversight bodies monitor compliance with the Privacy Policy and immediately correct any issues found.

Since the services provided are mobile-device-based, personal information may be leaked if the device is lost. Members should take care not to lose their device and are recommended to enable security features such as screen lock or pattern lock. Personal information is securely protected by passwords, and responsibility for managing member ID and password lies with the member. The Company bears no responsibility for issues arising from the member's negligence, such as sharing the ID/password with third parties or losing the device.

Article 9. Other

The Company's Privacy Policy may be revised due to changes in laws, guidelines, or internal policies. In case of revision, the Company will notify members of changes via the service initial screen or other accessible methods. When adding, deleting, or modifying content, notification will be made at least 7 days prior to the revision.
